Our green Adah bed runner is handmade by the Negros 9 Weavers of Kabankalan, Philippines. This bed runner is made on a 4-shaft, upright loom, with a classic stripes pattern and sewn at each end. Bed runners are normally used as part of the beddings of a hotel room but nowadays, it is common to see it in one’s own house. Bed runners are used as decorative accent of beds. It adds color, texture and layers to our bedding set up. But its main purpose is actually to be placed at the foot of the bed so we can raise our tired feet without removing our footwear. It is also a good solution if we have pets who want to sleep with us on our bed.
