The Hotel requires a guarantee by any major credit card or guarantee by the Company (If with an established Credit Line with the Hotel).

In order for us to proceed in making a room reservation, a duly filled out credit card authorization form must be sent back to us as guarantee to the booking.

"All hotel charges will be settled by the guests upon check- out through cash or credit card. Unless alternate arrangements such as company credit line has been arranged with the hotel. Credit facilities are available and normal terms of trading are 15 days. Please check for a credit line application form if interested. Full payment of all estimated room charges will be required before check in of your guests, unless credit arrangements have been granted by the hotel. Credit card details are required to guarantee room reservations especially for arrivals after 6:00PM."

All reservations be guaranteed at the time of booking.

Room reservations may be guaranteed by:
• A Letter of Guarantee stating that charges shall be shouldered by your company, to be submitted prior to guest arrival.
• Credit Card. Please provide us with the cardholder’s name, card type/number and expiry date

Company account with approved credit line A written confirmation will be required for all guest accounts being paid by the company. Please submit a written authorization confirmation on company letterhead signed duly authorized company associate at least twenty four (24) hours prior to arrival, addressed to our Reservations Department at [email protected]

Company account without approved credit line All payment is to be settled on departure or at any time requested by the Hotel.

Clients With Credit Line/ Send Bill Arrangement

• Reservations should be made directly to the Hotel, subject to availability and confirmation.
• Subject to the Hotel's Finance Dept. Approval
• To be settled within 15-30 days upon receipt by the Client of the Statement of Account.
• Signed contract and LOA/PO is required for the date of function.
• In case of cancellation or termination of the agreement after confirmation of booking, a cancellation fee shall apply.

Clients Without Credit Line

• The Hotel accepts payment by cash, credit card, or company/manager's check.
• Check payments must be provided at least five working days prior to the date of function for clearing.

Reservations can be guaranteed by cash, credit card with expiry date or letter of authorization stipulating the limitation of charges to be settled by your company.

If your reservation is no longer required, please notify us at least one (1) week prior to the arrival to avoid one-night No-Show charge.

However, the hotel has the right to require a guarantee deposit equivalent to one-night charge for reservations passing through high occupancy dates/peak periods. Should cancellaton be made on guarantee bookings, the one-night deposit will serve as payment for the cancellation fee.

On the other hand, the hotel shall allow revisions (e.g. change of check-in/check-out dates, room category, etc.) provided that the company shall advise the hotel at least two (2) days prior original arrival date to avoid cancellation and/or no-show charge.

Should you request for a special billing arrangement, please let us know and we will discuss the matter with our Credit Manager.

"To ensure confirmed accommodation regardless of arrival time and occupancy level, all reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking. We require all reservations to be guaranteed by either of the following methods.
1. Cash or credit card number of the guest or the company.
2. For credit card payments, please be advised that the withholding tax will no longer be applied.
3. Bank deposit/transfer - please send us a copy of the bank transaction/deposit slip to our reservations Team via email at [email protected]
4. For companies with an approved credit line, a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with liability clause, subject to credit being established and approved by the Hotel."

For Pre-Payment Arrangement: Full payment of all estimated charges will be required five (5) days prior to arrival date for FIT bookings, and minimum of ten (10) days prior to the arrival date for Group bookings.

For Send Bill Arrangement: Upon departure of the guest/s, the Hotel will forward to the Client an invoice outlining the charges incurred by the guest/s. The total outstanding as stated shall thereupon be payable depending on the Client‘s credit facility with the Hotel. Should the Client fail to effect payment of any outstanding charges, the Hotel shall thereafter suspend the Client’s credit arrangement without prejudice to the rest of the terms herein.

Unless prior credit arrangements have been made, full payment of all estimated charges will be required before check-in of the guest/s.

Incidental Charges: The client shall advise its guests that charges above the standard room rate shall be shouldered by them. The hotel will collect payment from the guests for such incidental charges and applicable taxes not included in the standard room rate. Additionally, a deposit for incidental charges shall be made upon check-in unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payments may be in the form of cash, bank transfer or online payment. Cash payment shall be made directly at the hotel’s front desk.

For bank deposit, payment shall be forwarded into our official bank account. For online payment, salesperson in-charge will send an email for the payment link.

We require at least 1 night payment (for individual bookings) or 50% payment (for groups) to reserve rooms. Full payment must be settled prior to check-in. Reservation will be held and rooms blocked only if guaranteed by any of the following payment methods:

Cash deposit at the hotel Bank deposit or transfer subject to verification of bank deposit slip Credit card of debit card payment at the Hotel or online via the hotel's PayPal account (Sales Account Manager will send you an invoice with a link to pay)

Send Bill arrangement for clients with approved credit line - it must be payable within the agreed payment terms. Credit line application is subject for approval, after duly accomplishing and submitting an application form together with required pertinent documents.

Check payment should be endorsed or deposited seven working days before the arrival date. Personal check shall not be honored, unless otherwise approved by the hotel management.
