Kelvin Morales took Fashion Design and Merchandising at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde in Manila, Philippines. His graduation show landed him on multiple local magazines and put him on the industry’s radar. His collection for Panasonic Manila Fashion Festival in 2018 has also graced countless features and editorials in both the local and global fashion scene.
