The E-commerce Office focuses on the promotion of e-commerce policies, programs, and projects with other relevant government agencies and private sectors, as well as in monitoring and implementing the Philippine E-commerce Roadmap 2022.

● Formulates national policy on promoting e-commerce activities in the Philippines;
● Implements plans and programs to develop e-commerce strategies in the country, in coordination with other national government agencies, private sector/business community, and stakeholders;
● Monitors and evaluates the implementation of e-commerce policies, plans, and programs; and
● Participate in local and international organizations related to e-commerce activities.

Trade Tayo! is the Department of Trade and Industry’s first-ever YouTube channel show. Hosted by Digital Philippines Assistant Secretary and E-Commerce Lead Mary Jean T. Pacheco, Trade Tayo is part of the Department’s initiative to promote a massive information campaign for different DTI services.
