LOKAL is a film maker-mother and artist-son collaboration making small batch production of contemporary wearable art. It supports Philippine cultural communities by using traditional handloom weaves and commissioning heritage embroidery and beading from Tausug, Bagobo and Tboli women. Each slow-fashion piece is intentional to reveal one's fashion identity.

LOKAL values the preservation of tradition and integrating contemporary original artwork to re-awaken the pride of embracing one's roots. Each piece combines multiple weaves from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and allows the wearer to experience the joy of knowing where and who made what they are wearing.

LOKAL is organic in using themes inspired by their universal connection and love for nature, art, travels and famous icons to allow cultural expression that reflects and shape their Filipino identity and aspirations in modern times.
