NORTSHINE LIGHTINGS AND DECORS MANUFACTURER was founded in 2004. It is a well-diverse enterprise with Capiz Shell Lanterns and Lightings as its major products Line. The technologies and fine handcrafted approach to using natural Capiz as raw material and utilization to create cutting-edge design innovations serve as the company’s core competencies. It is a multifunctional enterprise integrated with modules such as intensive market research, green technology production approach, and upgraded human skills through its product design achievements, investments, and community cooperation.

The company has invested Php150, 000 as registered capital and currently has 17 employees in its 3, 000 square meters facility. Northshine Lightings and Decors Manufacturing first started its research in 2004 on technology and equipment of Christmas Lantern Production and the utilization of Capiz Shell as waste material.

As support for the Handicraft industry in its local community in Tarlac, the company has also actively industrialized its core technology and innovative technologies by providing process design and technical support for the expansion of the lanterns, Lights, and Lighting with the acquisition of tools and equipment for a standardized production scale.

It has also served as one of the companies in the country to explore and develop highly competitive products ranging from Christmas Lanterns, Lights and Lightings and Home Decors with the use of waste materials and sustainable locally available indigenous materials. This is one of the major projects ongoing in the company.

As the pioneer of the Christmas Lantern, Lights and Lighting production, the company has always taken the leadership role in technological innovation in the Handicraft industry. The company has developed products of various functions through the research and innovation of Capiz and indigenous raw material control and functional product development, continuous upgrading of community worker skills and production capacity, and empowering out-of-school youth and women workers. Individual products with particular characters, for diverse type of consumer brackets, have been developed. Over the years, based on the integration of different handicraft technologies, Northshine Lightings and Decors Manufacturing have provided customized and dedicated global quality products for the local mainstream markets and offshore.
